Small detached house. Early C19. Coursed rubble limestone; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey. Front: single 3- light mullioned casement to ground floor with doorway to left having C20 glazed door; two upper floor 2-light casements, all with 3-centred arched heads. Gable end chimneys with plain caps. Lean-to addition at east end. Interior not inspected. Included for Group Value.
