This small detached house, built in the early 19th century, is located immediately south of the Old Box Inn in Minchinhampton. It is constructed from coursed rubble limestone and features ashlar chimneys and a stone slate roof. The house is two stories tall. The front façade includes a single three-light mullioned casement window on the ground floor, with a doorway to the left that has a 20th-century glazed door. On the upper floor, there are two two-light casement windows, all of which have three-centred arched heads. The gable ends have chimneys with plain caps, and there is a lean-to addition at the east end. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
