Store, probably late c16; random rubble stone rear wall south gable and ground floor to churchyard wall, timber-framed with brick on stone infill above, tiled roof. 5-bay 2 storey range, ground floor nearly all below churchyard level. Churchyard side shows floor nearly all 2-panel high timber-framing above, with 2 tension braces on right in third and fourth panels, carved head of 4-light window in second (now blocked). Brick chimney interrupts framing in sixth panel; further to left 2 braces to wall plate from a post. Left gable rendered over wide carriage doors to ground floor; rear wall stone with one 2-light timber casement window, one 3-light to first floor, and a door with external timber stairs. Internally: originally 2 rooms with collar and tie-beam trusses with angle struts, struts now missing. Later lime-plaster floor inserted at tie-beam level, surviving over only 3 bays.
