Description

GUITING POWER WELL LANE SP 0924 (east side) 11/97 Raymar GV II House in row. C18. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, limestone slate roof with limestone coping. Rectangular plan to main body. Single storey outshut at front and extension at rear not of special interest. 2-storeys and attic lit by two 2-light metal casements, 2-windowed: 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned metal casements to first, one light of upper right-hand window with some original glass. Surround of 3-light stone surround of former stone-mullioned window with 3-light casement inserted lower left. Glazed central door with plain flat-chamfered surround. Steeply pitched roof with gabled doors. Interior not inspected.
