Description
Fairholme is a house from the 18th century, marked by a datestone from the year 17--. It is constructed of coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, with squared ironstone quoins and a slate roof that features flanking brick stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays. The central doorway is framed with moulded wood and contains a four-panel door with an overlight and a flat wooden hood above it. On either side of the doorway are three-light transomed casement windows with concrete lintels, while the outer bays on the first floor have similar windows with wood lintels. Above the doorway, there is a two-light transomed casement window with a wood lintel. There is an extension to the right of the main structure. The interior has not been inspected.
