Description

This is an 18th-century house on Rugby Road, Barby. A datestone above the entrance displays "1775/L.T.M." The house is constructed of coursed squared ironstone with an artificial stone slate roof and brick stacks. It is two storeys high and has four bays. The doorway, located in the second bay from the left, has a moulded wood surround with corner roundels and a flat timber hood. It contains a six-panel door with an overlight and panelled reveals. All windows have wood lintels and three-light transomed casements. A 20th-century brick stack is positioned to the left of the right bay. The interior has not been inspected.
