Description

GUITING POWER WELL LANE SP 0924 (west side) 11/99 The Old Bakehouse (formerly listed as The Bakery) Guiting Power Amenity Trust 25.8.60 GV II Semi-detached house. Late C17-C18. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Limestone slate roof to main body and porch. Limestone gable coping and stack. Rectangular plan with extension rear right. 2 storeys with cellar under right end. 2 storeys with 2 half dormers. 3 and 4-light double chamfered stone-mullioned casements with horizontal glazing bars. Lower left window C20. Plank door with thumb latch far left within C20 surround with wood lintel. Hipped porch roof supported on stone columns with decorative capitals. Left gable end stack and coping. Interior not inspected.
