GUITING POTTER THE MARKET SQUARE SP 0924 (north side) 11/92 Semi-detached cottages in front of The Old Dairy. Guiting Power Amenity Trust GV II 3 cottages, semi-detached. C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, limestone slate roof to main body and porch, coursed squared and dressed limestone and ashlar stack. Rectangular plan, 2 storeys and attic lit by three 2-light metal casements. 3 windowed: 2-light metal casements, with horizontal glazing bars. 3 plank stable type doors with thumb latches. Canopy supported on wooden brackets over right-hand doors. Gable end stacks and axial ashlar stack. Flat gable end coping. Interior not inspected.
