Semi Detached Cottages In Front Of The Old Dairy Guiting Power Amenity Trust

These semi-detached cottages, built in the 19th century, are located in front of The Old Dairy in Guiting Power. They are constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone, featuring a limestone slate roof on the main body and porch, along with a coursed squared and dressed limestone and ashlar stack. The cottages have a rectangular plan, are two stories tall, and include an attic that is lit by three 2-light metal casements. The front has three windows, which are also 2-light metal casements with horizontal glazing bars. There are three stable-type doors made of planks with thumb latches, and a canopy supported by wooden brackets over the right-hand doors. The cottages have gable end stacks and an axial ashlar stack, with flat gable end coping. The interior has not been inspected.
