SHERBORNE - SP 11 SE 4/168 Barn and adjoining shelter sheds at The Oranges II

Barn and adjoining shelter sheds. Early to mid C19. Barn. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Slate roof to barn. Corrugated asbestos roof to shelter shed. Barn with porch on south, range at rear left in process of conversion to dwelling (February 1986). Shelter shed on west. Plank doors set back within lean-to porch on south. Double plank doors in wall opposite. Shelter shed to left with stone-built columns tapering towards the top dividing each bay. Range to rear of barn with 2- light C20 casements. Flat coping at gable ends of barn and shelter sheds.
