Description
The building is a stable located approximately 30 meters north-west of Pegglesworth Home Farm, dating from the 18th to early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared and dressed limestone with a stone slate roof and has a rectangular plan. The stables extend forward to the left and are not of special interest. The structure is 1½ storeys high and features two round-headed doorways with a well between them. There is a 20th-century casement window on the left and a low blocked door with a keystone on the far left. Steps lead up to a door at the right gable end that accesses the loft. The interior has not been inspected.
