Formerly possibly 2 cottages, now one detached house. Early C18. Coursed rubble stone, stone slate roof, with flush quoins, raised coped verges with kneelers and stone end stacks with offset and moulded cornice and raised in brick to right hand range. External stone stack to left hand range. Single main range of 2 storeys and attic in gable end, with rear outshut, and range to left of single storey and attic. Main section has 3 windows, 2/1/2-light stone mullion and transoms, with 2-light on ground floor flanking central recessed plank door in chamfered stone surround with flat moulded stone hood on brackets. Single stone transom light in attic on right hand return. Small newel light to left on main range lights attic stair only, stairs removed at lower level. Range to left has 2 gabled dormers with casements and 2 and 3-light casements with timber lintel to ground floor with blocked central opening.
