Formerly 2 cottages of late C17/early C18, now one house with C20 extension to right not of special interest. Rubble stone, with alternating flush quoins to main section to left, stone slate roof, brick end stack to left and right. Single long range, 2 storeys, with attic to main section only. Two windows, 2-light chamfered stone mullions to first floor, one 3-light to left and 2-light to right on ground floor, flanking former doorway now filled in with small window and original timber lintel still in situ. Small stone newel light to far left, and small central gabled dormer with paired casement, stone slate-hung gable and stone ball finial. Doorway now only in small cottage to right which has one 2-light stone mullion to each floor.
