Description
This is a house located at the end of a row in Draycott, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone and features alternating flush quoins. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, with a stone ridge stack at the rear and a brick-raised stone stack at the left end. The building has a small hipped front range and a long rear wing, mostly two storeys high. The front range includes one window on each floor, which are 16-pane sash windows set in flush stone surrounds. The right-hand return has scattered fenestration, primarily consisting of sashes with glazing bars. The entrance is located under a later trellis porch that has a half-glazed door, and there is a hipped dormer above with paired casements.
