A late 18th-century house in a row, located on the south side of Milton Street, Fairford. The house is constructed of coursed rubble stone with a stone slate roof, and has a truncated stone end stack on the right. It comprises a single range with a rear extension. The two storeys contain two windows, which are 12-pane sashes with moulded wooden architraves and timber lintels. The ground floor has similar windows flanking a central shallow wooden doorcase with fluted pilasters, a frieze, and a moulded cornice. The door is a 4-panel design, with the top two panels glazed and the lower two panels flush.
