Description
The William Thompson monument is a raised ledger slab located approximately 15 metres north of the main entrance within the grounds of Fairford United Church. The monument features a limestone slab top with edge moulding and sides resting on a chamfered plinth. A bronze plaque is inscribed with the name "William Thompson 1779." The slab measures approximately 1,820mm by 900mm and is about 580mm high. It is included on the list for its contribution to the group value of the churchyard.
