Description
Hillside is a former pair of cottages that have been converted into one large house, likely dating from the mid to late 18th century. The building is constructed of rubble stone and features a concrete tile roof with two renewed stone stacks, one on an external base to the right. It is a single long range with two storeys. The front has three windows that are unevenly spaced, each with 3-light casements and timber or concrete lintels. There are three similar windows on the ground floor, also unevenly spaced. The right-hand windows have renewed timber lintels. A boarded door with a timber lintel is located to the right, positioned between the second and third windows from the left, and it has a flat wooden hood above it. To the immediate left of this door is the original second door, which is now blocked but retains its timber lintel.
