Description
Jenners is a large, detached farmhouse dating to the mid-to-late 17th century. It is constructed of random coursed rubble stone, with the rear and left-hand return walls roughcast-faced, and has a stone slate roof. Three rendered stacks are present, each with moulded cornices. The main range is long and has a rear wing to the right. The house is two storeys high and has five unevenly spaced gables facing the front. Each gable features a two-light stone mullion window with a square hoodmould. The ground floor has two three-light windows to the right and two two-light windows to the left, all with leaded lights. All windows have been restored. The central gable is steeper and contains a small oval light in the apex, featuring a moulded semi-circular dripmould. A wide door of six panels, the top four fielded and the rest flush, is located nearly centrally, with a 20th-century flat stone hood above.
