Lodge. Early C19. Coursed squared limestone to front and left side, coursed squared limestone rubble to right side and rear; stone slate roof, hipped to rear right; rendered ridge stack with 2 diagonal flues rebuilt in brick. L-plan with gable facing to front right. Single-storey and attic, 3-window range. Ground floor has two 2- and one 3-light timber glazing bar casements in plain reveals with stone cills and hoodmoulds. One similar 2-light window in gable to right. Left side has one similar 2-light window and one blocked doorway with chamfered reveal with basket-arched head to ground floor, one similar window to first floor; coped gable with moulded kneelers and base of finial at apex. Right side has C20 half-glazed door and 2-light timber glazing bar casement in plain reveal with stone cill; single-storey lean-to wrapped around rear right corner has three C20 windows, one C19 2-light timber casement. Flush quoins to all angles. INTERIOR not inspected. Two builds and not enough quality to fulfil the criteria.
