The semi-circular classroom block east of Mount House School, originally listed as the stables to Mount House School, dates from the late 18th century. This single-storey structure features a slate-hung exterior and is semi-circular in shape. It has a central pedimented gable that displays a coat of arms and is topped with a circular bell cote supported by six columns. The building is covered by a slate roof and includes pointed arched windows.
