  1. Circa 1790. House in large grounds. Two storey yellow brick house with 5 window front, the centre of which is a segmental bow with 5 windows. The brick is said to have been brought from Italy as ballast. Cornice, parapet. Ground floor has large 3-light round-headed windows. Verandah returned round central bow. Conservatory and porch are C19 but porch has original elliptical fanlight behind. Good entrance hall with stucco-work.
