Description
Kaminski's Storehouse is an early 19th-century building that was originally constructed as Gill and Rundles' foundry and later transformed into a wool combing factory. The structure is two storeys tall, made of stone rubble with granite dressings, and features a slate roof. On the east side, there are eight round-headed windows and an elliptical entrance arch. To the west, there is a one-storey stone extension. The gable on the west side includes three round-headed arches, one of which is a large blocked central arch with a keystone. This building is included in the heritage listing for its industrial historical significance, as it is likely the oldest foundry in Tavistock.
