Description

30 Brook Street is a corner building dating from around 1830. It is constructed of stucco and has a hipped slate roof. The front features five sash windows, most of which retain their original glazing bars. A curved corner incorporates a shopfront of the early 19th century, with a moulded cornice and pilasters.
