Description

Ferrum House is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Parkwood Road. It stands two storeys tall with a front that is cement-rendered and features a hipped slate roof. The building has end quoins and three sash windows with glazing bars. A tented canopy supported by iron brackets is present above the entrance, which consists of a six-panelled door. To the left, there is a wide extension that is slate hung.
