Description

Brooklands is an early to mid-19th century property. The main part of the house is pebble-dashed and has a slate roof, with a west range added in the mid-19th century, also pebble-dashed with a slate roof and a dormer window. The side elevation features four casement windows and two original tented balconies with decorative iron trelliswork. The west range contains three casement windows.
