Description

Newton House is a villa built around 1830, originally known as Parkwood, and is now part of Kelly College. The main section of the building is three stories high, flanked by two-story side wings. It features a parapet with a raised center and a cornice. There are five windows in total, including some three-light sash windows that have either brackets or anthemions. The entrance is marked by a Doric porch supported by four columns, which includes a rectangular fanlight and side lights.
