Description

Tavy Cottage is an early 19th century cottage ornée, featuring one storey and an attic with a stucco exterior. The roof is covered with slate, and there are chimneys grouped at the centre of the roof with brick stacks set diagonally. The cottage has three Gothic dormers and a central splayed bay. A verandah is supported by two wooden posts. Inside, there are good period fireplaces.
