Description

This is a late 18th-century cottage, originally built as a lodge for Mount Tavy. It has a whitewashed stone exterior and a splayed frontage facing the road. The roof is covered with small local slate tiles. A fluted porch canopy is supported by granite columns. The cottage has two round-headed windows flanking the porch, each with Gothic glazing bars.
