150, Slerra, Higher Clovelly

No. 150 is a cottage located in Lower Slerra, probably dating from the 18th century. The building is rendered and whitewashed over a rubble core, featuring a gable-ended thatched roof with a brick chimney on the right side.

The cottage has a central entrance hall flanked by front rooms, and it is two storeys tall with a symmetrical three-bay facade. On the ground floor, there are early 19th century 16-pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes. The first floor includes a 19th century two-light casement window with 12 panes on the right, along with two additional two-light casements featuring ornamental leaded lights, likely from the early 20th century. The central door opening has a plank door and is topped by a slated gabled porch with a segmental outer door opening.

The interior has not been inspected.
