Description

149 Slerra is a cottage that is part of a row of cottages, likely dating from the 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. The building features rubble walls that are rendered and whitewashed, topped with a gable-ended slate roof that has a brick stack on the right side. The layout probably consists of a single heated room on the ground floor, with an entrance hall and staircase to the left.

The exterior is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical design with two bays. It includes late 19th-century two-light casement windows with small panes and glazing bars. The door is located to the left and is a plank door with a slated lean-to hood above it. There is a narrow sloping buttress to the right of the door, positioned between the two windows. The interior has not been inspected.
