House. Early C19. Painted stucco, steeply-pitched thatched roof with a wide stack to the rear centre. Originally 3-room plan, now L-plan, enlarged after a fire. Picturesque Gothic style. EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; symmetrical 3-window range. The east front facing the sea has a fretted eaves board over a central later C19 2-light casement window with margin panes and Gothic tracery to the overlight; the apron is panelled wood, probably the former door, flanked by 6/6-pane sash windows. The central gabled dormer has a similar window to the one below. The left return has one 6/6-pane sash window and C20 door and window. C19 casements to the rear. INTERIOR: not inspected.
