Description

Bell Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century, likely remodelled from an earlier structure. The exterior is painted render, with painted brick to the right return, and a slate roof featuring external stacks and wide eaves on the right gable end and the front left-hand slope. The house has a double-depth plan and includes a 20th-century single-storey extension.

The two-storey facade is symmetrical, with a three-window arrangement. It has 6/6-pane sash windows, with those on the first floor at eaves level and ground-floor windows containing margin panes. A central six-panel door sits lower than street level. The interior has not been inspected.
