Description
Peartree Cottage is an 18th century or earlier cottage, located on the north side of Dagmar Street in Shaldon. The building is constructed of cob with a half-hipped thatched roof, featuring a front eyebrow dormer and a brick external stack at the rear. It likely follows a two-unit plan. The exterior is single-storey with an attic. The windows and door are 20th century replacements. Access to the property is restricted due to a high fence. The interior has not been inspected.
