Description

Thatch Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on Gilmorton Mill Lane. It is constructed of plastered cob and features a straw thatched roof with an end stack on the left and a single eyebrow dormer on the right. The cottage has one-and-a-half storeys and a two-window front, with 20th-century wooden casements set in surrounds that have painted fictive flat-arched lintels and raised keyblocks above. There is a 20th-century extension to the right that contains a door.
