Description

Home Farm House is a house dating from the 17th century, significantly altered in the 19th century and restored in the 20th century. It is possibly timber-framed, with a rendered exterior and a Welsh slate roof with coping to the right gable. The house is one-and-a-half storeys high, with four wide, full-gabled dormers containing late-20th century three-light casement windows and a ridge stack slightly to the right of the centre. There are four windows on the ground floor, each with black brick lintels and cills. A panelled door is located on the right side. A two-storey brick wing extends to the rear. The roof has been lowered onto timber posts as a catslide behind the main block. The building has group value.
