Description
Holly Trees is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations and additions from the 19th century. It features a timber frame with brick nogging set on a stone plinth, topped by a Welsh slate roof and two gable brick chimneys. The building is two stories high with a three-bay front and displays irregular small timber framing. On the left end, there is a six-panelled door with a gabled timber hood. The remaining windows are two or three-light casements, with the upper ones originally located in former gabled half dormers that have been lost due to a raised roof. The left end includes an added brick lean-to, while the right end features an upper cruck truss.
