Description

The former stable wing, dating from the 19th century, is located to the north of the Old Homestead. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and exhibits irregular fenestration with three windows on each floor, all of which are casements. The ground floor windows are set in segment-headed surrounds. A central segmental brick arch with a wooden bressumer supports doubled boarded doors that lead to the yard behind. This structure is included for its group value.
