Description
The Malt House is an 18th-century cottage located on the north-west side of High Street in Winfrith Newburgh. It features plastered cob walls and a thatched roof with brick stacks. The building stands two storeys tall and has a brick porch with a semi-circular arch and a slate lean-to roof. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows and one horizontally sliding sash window, all with glazing bars. To the south, there is a single-storey garage extension with plastered walls, a thatched roof, and timber doors. Additionally, there is a single-storey rear addition that has plastered walls, a flat roof, and modern windows.
