Clovelly Cottage is a terraced cottage attached to Rose Lawn to the south. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and features plastered walls, a thatched roof, and brick stacks. The building has two storeys, with a central part-glazed door set in a glass-roofed porch supported by brackets. Both the ground and first floors have two casement windows with glazing bars.
