Terraced cottage. Attached to Clovelly Cottage on south. Of two builds - late C18-early C19 origin. Plastered walls, roof part thatch and part slated, brick stacks. Two storeys. Original section - with thatched roof - has central part-glazed door. Ground floor has two double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars. First floor has three similar windows. Ends of roof have parapets with tiled opening. Southern section with slate roof, appears later. Gable end wall, facing south, has colourwashed brick walls. One double-hung sash window on ground floor and two on first floor, all with vertical glazing bars.
