Description
Langmor Weston is a terraced cottage located in Winfrith Newburgh on the north-west side of High Street. It is attached to Clovelly Cottage to the south and consists of two sections built in the late 18th to early 19th century. The cottage features plastered walls and a roof that is partially thatched and partially slated, with brick stacks.
The original section, which has the thatched roof, is two storeys high and includes a central part-glazed door on the ground floor. This level also has two double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars. The first floor contains three similar sash windows. The ends of the roof have parapets with tiled openings.
The southern section, which has a slate roof, appears to be a later addition. Its gable end wall, facing south, is made of colourwashed brick and includes one double-hung sash window on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all featuring vertical glazing bars.
