Description
The Bungalow is a single-storey cottage located in the former grounds of Sherborne House, dating from the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone and features a slate roof with ashlar stacks. The building has a long narrow plan and forms part of the northern boundary of the walled garden north of Rose Cottage. It includes four stone-mullioned casements, one 19th-century two-light stone-mullioned casement, and one 20th-century two-light casement. There is a 20th-century part-glazed door and a 20th-century flush panel door. Additionally, there is one blocked doorway and another doorway with a cambered head, which is now blocked with a window inserted. The stack rises from within the roof pitch. The interior has not been inspected.
