Description

Park Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located on Ramsden High Street. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic. There are integral brick end stacks with weatherings. The front of the cottage has two windows, including a pair of raking semi-dormers with 2-light wooden casements, and ground-floor windows consisting of 2-light and 3-light wooden casements with wooden lintels. The central entrance is a 20th-century boarded door with a wooden lintel, sheltered by a gabled lattice wooden porch. To the right, there is a one-storey range with 20th-century wooden casements, which likely served as former outbuildings. The interior has not been inspected.
