Description

This is a late 18th-century house situated at a right angle to Dawlish Street, facing the United Reform Church to the north. The exterior is painted roughcast with a hipped slate roof and no visible chimney stacks. The house follows a two-unit plan.

The front elevation has two storeys with an attic and a two-window arrangement. A 20th-century central door is flanked to the right by a restored forward frame containing a six-pane sash window. Similar sash windows with moulded forward frames are found on the first floor. The narrow return wall facing Dawlish Street features a 19th-century three-storey canted bay window that extends to the attic, with four-pane sash windows on each floor. The return wall to the right is blank. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
