Description

Croft House is a late 18th-century house located on the east side of Fullers Road in Aston Tirrold. It is a two-storey, four-window range building. The exterior is roughcast, likely over brick, with a Welsh slate hipped roof and an internal brick stack to the right of the centre. The front features a four-panel door with a reeded wooden surround and a flat hood supported by brackets, positioned to the left of centre. To the left of the door is a 16-pane sash window with an architrave surround. A segmental bowed projection is centrally located with two 16-pane sash windows. A plank door and a two-light casement are on the right. The first floor has 16-pane sash windows with architrave surrounds, except for a 12-pane sash with an architrave surround to the left of centre. All windows have flush rendered quoining. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
