Description

Upthorpe Farmhouse, probably dating to the late 18th century, appears on Ordnance Survey maps as Lower Ham Farm. The farmhouse has a flint base on its right-hand side, with the majority of the walls rendered in roughcast over brick. The roof is covered with old plain tiles, and it features a brick end stack to the left and a ridge stack to the right of centre. It is a two-storey building with a three-window front. A 20th-century plank door is located to the left of centre, and all windows are 16-pane unhorned sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
