Description

This is a house, likely dating from the mid-17th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The house is timber-framed, with red brick infill probably added in the early 20th century. It has a plain-tile roof and a brick ridge stack located to the right of the centre. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and has a four-window front. A 20th-century plank door is positioned to the left of the centre and is sheltered by a 20th-century brick porch with a lean-to plain-tile roof. A two-storey projection with a cross-gable is located to the right of the centre. The windows are mostly 20th-century wood casements, generally of two lights. A cross-gable to the left features a two-light casement.

The interior features ovolo-moulded spine beams to the ground and first floors, with stepped stops and incised round motifs. The roof structure is of double queen-post construction. An extension, probably from the early 20th century, is attached to the right side of the house; this is a two-storey block with a single-window front.
