This is a farm outbuilding located immediately north of Cholwich Farmhouse, dating from the 16th or 17th century. It is constructed from small granite rubble and features a corrugated iron roof with gabled ends. The building has large granite quoins and a chamfered granite door-frame with a depressed arch. There is a small single-light chamfered granite window in the east gable end, which is now blocked. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
