Description

This is a farm outbuilding located immediately southeast of Old Brook Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from small stone rubble with granite quoins and features a hipped roof covered in bitumenised scantle slate. The building has an almost square shape, with a central doorway that has a flat stone arch and a three-light casement window above it. This outbuilding is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
