Description

East Lodge is a lodge for Delamore House, built around 1860, likely by the architect St Aubyn, who designed Delamore House. The building is constructed of coursed stone with granite and yellow brick dressings. It features a steeply pitched slate roof with hipped and half-hipped ends, topped with a lead-clad finial. The lodge is one storey with an attic and has an asymmetrical design. There is a polygonal wing to the south, which includes a slate-hung gabled dormer. A chimneystack is located on the right side, while a porch is situated on the left. The windows are made of stone mullions with leaded panes and have relieving arches above them.
