Description

Park Cottage is a small, 19th-century cottage attached to the Dolphin Inn. It is rendered with a slate roof, which sits at a slightly lower level than the Inn's roofline. The cottage is two storeys high and features a two-light, glazing-bar casement window at each level. The ground floor casement has 19th-century four-panel shutters. A four-panel door is set within a 20th-century gabled porch on the left side. The left return displays two windows, and a lean-to extends from the rear. An external rendered stack sits to the right, adjoining the gable of an adjacent building. The cottage is included in the listing primarily to reflect its group value with the Dolphin Inn.
