Description
Rose Mont Villa is an early 19th-century house located in Witheridge, Tracy Green. The building is roughcast and whitewashed, topped with a bitumenised gabled slate roof and features brick stacks. It has a symmetrical layout centered around a central entrance hall and exhibits a Regency style. The house stands three storeys high and has three bays with a symmetrical front. It retains original 12- and 16-pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes, as well as French windows with glazing bars and marginal lights on the ground floor. The central entrance features a coeval panelled front door, and there is a verandah across the ground floor with an ogee-shaped corrugated-iron roof. A glazed conservatory has been added to the right end of the building. The rear elevation is blank, lacking window openings. The interior has not been inspected.
