Description
19 West Street is a mid-19th century house located on the south side of West Street in Witheridge. The building features roughcast walls, likely made of rubble, and has a slate roof divided into two sections with a brick stack. The left section of the roof has a hipped end and wide eaves. The house is formed by the end bays of two adjoining buildings, with the left side being higher than the right. The front of the building has two storeys and an asymmetrical arrangement of windows. On the left, there are two 19th-century four-pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes, while on the right, there is a 12-pane sash window with an exposed sash box on the first floor. To the right of the windows, there is a 20th-century four-panelled door with a transom light above it. The interior has not been inspected.
